14 days, no questions
Every payment, the first one and every renewal, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment date. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@pwspeed.com with the email address you used to buy, or reply to the receipt you received from Paddle. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to the payment method you used. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
What happens to the license
When a payment is refunded, the license it paid for is revoked. Your site keeps working with the Free plan and the Pro settings stay saved.
After 14 days
We do not refund the current period, but you can cancel at any time so that the subscription does not renew. The license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
We always refund double charges and billing mistakes, at any time.
Changing plan
If you move to a bigger plan, Paddle charges only the difference for the rest of the period. If you move to a smaller one, the change applies from the next renewal.
Consumers in the European Union
The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. This policy gives you the same 14 days on every payment, renewals included.
